The Winner is an American television series that premiered on Fox on March 4, 2007. It is a comedy about a successful man named Glen Abbott looking back to the time when he was in his thirties and living with his parents in 1994 Buffalo, New York.Other cast members include Erinn Hayes as Alison, Keir Gilchrist as Alison's son, Josh, Lenny Clarke as Glen's father, Ron, and Linda Hart as Glen's mother, Irene. The show is produced by Ricky Blitt and Seth MacFarlane, who are also producers of Family Guy.The working title of this series was Becoming Glen. A pilot was made for Fox in 2002 starring Johnny Galecki as Glen. It also starred Samantha Mathis, Gerald McRaney and Sally Struthers. The pilot was not picked up. However, the resurgence of Family Guy and the success of The 40-Year-Old Virgin in 2005 helped Blitt get a chance at making another pilot.At Family Guy Live in Montreal on July 21, 2007, Seth MacFarlane said "It is looking like there could be a future life for The Winner". However, the series was officially cancelled on May 16, 2007.

"The Cost of Living" was shot on location in Cromer on the Norfolk Coast in England: a typical, old-fashioned and faded seaside resort. The summer season has petered to an end and an air of desertion hangs over the town. Eddie and David are disillusioned street performers. Eddie is tough, confrontational and not afraid to defend his belief in justice and honesty. David is a dancer who has no legs; watching him makes you reconsider accepted notions of perfection. He is quietly determined not to let his disabilities or society's prejudices get in his way. A series of inter-linking scenes shows how Eddie and David negotiate life, fall in and out of relationships and survive day to day.

Daffy's reading a scary comic book. The story ends in a cliffhanger, and Daffy rifles his bookcase looking for the next issue. A clock falls, and beans Daffy, making him think he's the featured act in a nightclub. All the customers at the nightclub are classic movie monsters. Fortunately, there was a bottle of "Eau de Tormé" in Daffy's dressing room, which makes him sing like Mel Tormé. He sings "Monsters Lead Such Interesting Lives" to the room, and they love it. Then he goes around the room, greeting the patrons, but his good-natured ribbing of "Smogzilla" doesn't go over well with the giant lizard, who eats Daffy. Daffy wakes up, to find himself stuck in a wastebasket, along with the comic he was looking for, with "Smogzilla" on the cover. Daffy scoffs, and the cover comes to life, saying, "You were expecting maybe Calvin Coolidge?"

"Bags" the boxer (Tim Conway) and his manager, Shake (Don Knotts), are quite a pair: One is a dim bulb, and the other has a mean streak. Times are tough and they must save their gym, so they line up some money making fights. But when Bags and Shake discover that the bouts have been rigged, they end up with their backs to the wall and must fight back -- literally.

For no apparent reason, Porky Pig is awarded the grand prize of the "What's the Name of Your Name" game show. Unfortunately, the prize is Daffy Duck, whose tactless and rude visit gets him tossed out Porky's house by the irate pig. Insulted, Daffy decides to get back at Porky by pretending to have dissociative identity disorder, becoming a hideous monster whenever he's treated unpleasantly. When Porky eventually finds out he's been had, he decides to give the duck a taste of his own medicine.

The journey of Manolo, a young man who is torn between fulfilling the expectations of his family and following his heart. Before choosing which path to follow, he embarks on an incredible adventure that spans three fantastical worlds where he must face his greatest fears.
